BioSnacky Sprouting Challenge

Posted on

I was lucky to be chosen to be part of the BioSnacky Sprouting Challenge in June. This came at a great time as I have been in a kitchen reno (still not done) and the sprouts would be some healthy veg that would be easy to add into a salad for lunch.

It was soooo easy to start sprouting with the kit sent to me from A.Vogel Canada. I chose the alfalfa, mung bean and fitness mix for my layers. On the second day you could definitely see something starting.

Just need them to be a little bigger before harvest!

Thanks to A.Vogel Canada for te sprouting kit and seeds. All opinions are my own
